Fresh Tuna With Tomatoe Sauce

Hi everyone.
Today, I´m posting a step-by-step Portuguese fish recipe along with with pics.
Another easy but tasty recipe I like to cook whenever I find fresh tuna like this:

Today´s recipe is Tuna with Tomatoe Sauce:

~ Fry one onion with one sliced garlic and olive oil for two minutes. Add tuna and salt to taste while frying.
~ Cut 3/4 medium size tomatoes (with skin) in small pieces and add to the tuna:

~ Cover the pan and let it cook until tomatoes are well done, around 10 minutes (for both sides of tuna) in low temperature.
When almost cooked sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with the sauce on top.
We like to have this tuna recipe with french fries but it also goes well with rice, vegs or a salad.

Yummie!
Bom Apetite!
