Cake in a Cup
At school, my daughter learned how to make cake in a cup and brought this recipe home. We tried it last weekend and I was amazed how this simple recipe turned out in a tasty and fast cooking cake.
Cake in a Cup Recipe:
1. In a cup add 4 tablespoons of self rising flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of powder chocolate.
2. Mix everything well. Add 2 tablespoons of oil (we used only one), two tablespoons of milk and one whole egg. Mix well again.
3. Divide the mixture into two cups and cook it in the microwave (600 W during 3 minutes). I baked the mixture on the oven.
I divided the mixture into four small metal recipients I use to make cupcakes. It turned out great and it´s so easy to do that I will sure repeat it.
