Chicken Breast Stroganoff



Stroganoff Sauce can be cooked with any type of meat.
Last weekend I cooked chicken breast Stroganoff and served with "Garlic Spaghetti". Here´s my Stoganoff recipe:


1. Prepare chicken:

~ Cut chicken breasts in slices.
~ Season with salt, garlic slices and lemon juice.


2. Prepare stroganoff sauce mixing:

~ 200 ml sour cream
~ 3 tablespoons of ketchup
~ 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
~ Pinch nutmeg & black pepper (optional)


3. Fry chicken in hot olive oil until well done.

4. Add stroganoff sauce and cook for 3 minutes.


Stroganoff is a versatile recipe, it goes well with pasta, rice, vegetables, salad, smashed potatoes, anything you like really.
