In the past couple months, I haven´t dedicated much time to Portuguese Menu. Although I cook everyday, I haven´t made a new recipe in a while. I´ve been cooking the same tried out recipes I´ve posted before. I guess I tend to cook the same things often to simplify my life and because they are our favorites too.
The only new things I´ve cooked and haven´t posted yet were peas soup with bacon cubes, almond pie with caramel topping and a cookies desert I just made to celebrate my Birthday. Yeap, my birthday is today! :)
