Garlic Spaghetti Recipe

Garlic Spaghetti is the easiest way of cooking pasta.
It goes well with any meat, and it´s one of my favorites.

Ingredients

~ 250 gr Spaghetti
~ 2 cloves of minced garlic
~ 2 Tsp of Olive oil
~ Chopped fresh parsley to sprinkle
~ Water and salt

Directions:

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water as you like best, “al dente” or well done. Remove from the water and reserve.
Put the garlic and the olive oil in a pan. Let it fry in medium heat for 2/3 minutes or until garlic gets a little browned.
Stir in the spaghetti, mix well for another 2/3 minutes, sprinkle with one or two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, and voilá, it´s done.
If you don´t like the strong taste of garlic instead of mincing it, just cut it in half for a medium flavour or use it whole and with rind for light flavour. The parsley is optional too. Serves 2/3.
Bom Apetite.
