Roasted Turkey Leg

I cook turkey the same way I do "Lamb in the Oven". I use the exact same ingredients to season the meat.
I don´t like the turkey skin, it´s too fat, so I remove most of it it before seasoning. I season the meat the day before cooking and put it in the fridge. The next day, I remove the lemon and add fresh tomatoes, onions, potatoes & parsley.
I add the white wine and everything else I had used to season the meat and put it in hot oven (220º C) until it´s well done.
