Hello everyone.
Due to my new job´s schedules and a very hot summer in south Portugal, in the past weeks, I haven´t been home much. As a result, my kitchen is in "vacation mode" and our meals have been very simple: salads, some soups, boiled vegetables, pizza, pasta dishes, grilled chicken, fruit, toasts & sandwiches. The picture above is one of the tuna sandwiches we enjoy doing.

The weather in this part of the world has been hazy, hot and humid. I miss those clear blue sky days.
