Mixture of Eggs, Ham, Mushrooms & Parsley

Here´s one of my favorite scrambled eggs recipe:

~ Cut 4/5 fresh mushrooms in slices
~ Cut 50 gr ham in small pieces
~ Open 3 eggs to a bowl, add salt, chop fresh parsley and mix well

~ Put 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil (or 1/4 spoon margarine) in a frying pan.
~ Add mushrooms and let them fry for 2/3 minutes.
~ Add eggs and ham. Stir until done.

Great as comfort food or to use as sandwich filling.
