Another Omelet version I enjoy: "Delícias do Mar", shrimps and cheese.
"Delicias do Mar" are sticks that taste like seafood, I don´t know how they´re called in English.
We buy "Delícias do Mar" frozen in packets of 12 sticks or more, depending on the brand. I enjoy using them in salads, omelets and sandwiches. Once they´re ready to eat frozen sticks, they´re very easy to use and really taste like crab or seafood.
