Lasanha Bolognese: My Easy Recipe

Hi.
Italian dishes are a must. Italian restaurants can be found in all Portuguese cities as well as "Pizzarias", both fast food and homemade type.
I often cook Pizza, Cannellonis and other Italian specialites. Today, I´m sharing my easy Lasagna recipe:

Ingredients:

~ 300 gr Ground beef
~ 1/2 Packet Lasanha pasta (ready to use)
~ Cheese: mozzarella and bar (250 gr)
~ Bechamel sauce (200 ml)
~ Cream ( 200 ml)
~ 3/5 Tomatoes
~ 3 Tablespoons tomatoe sauce
~ 1 Onion
~ 3 Cloves Garlic
~ 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
~ Salt, pepper, nutmeg, oregano
~ 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

1. Fry the onion with the garlic in olive oil.

2. Add the meat, salt and fry until well done.

3. Add tomatoes, sauce and cook 8/10 minutes.
4. In a large cup, mix the milk with bechamel, add pepper and nutmeg to taste.

5. In your oven tray (a square one is better), make layers with the ingredients.
First, a bit of Bechamel sauce and a layer of pasta.

Then, the meat.

Cheese and cream.
Then, repeat: Bechamel, pasta, meat, etc.

Top with mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano.
It´s ready to go to the oven, 45 minutes to one hour, 200ºC.

Perfect!
We prefer well done, like in the picture.

I like to serve Lasagna with Lettuce Salad.
Bom Apetite!
